## Machine Structure

The machine body adopts a three-beam, four-column structure consisting of an upper crossbeam, slide, worktable, four columns, main cylinder, hydraulic power system, and electrical control system.

The upper crossbeam, slide, and worktable are manufactured from high-quality welded steel plates and undergo vibration stress-relief treatment to improve structural stability.

The four columns are manufactured from high-quality **45# steel**. Their surfaces are treated by medium-frequency induction hardening and chrome plating to improve wear resistance and service life.

The main cylinder is manufactured from high-quality 45# steel. The piston rod surface is medium-frequency induction hardened for enhanced durability. High-quality sealing components are used in key cylinder areas to ensure reliable sealing performance.

Both the worktable and slide are equipped with **T-slots** for convenient mold and tooling installation.

## Hydraulic System

The hydraulic system is installed on the right side of the machine body.

The machine uses an **integrated cartridge-valve hydraulic system**, providing responsive operation, reliable performance, and effective sealing.

The hydraulic power unit consists of an oil tank, high-pressure pump, electric motor, and cartridge valves. The oil tank is fabricated from welded steel plate and adopts a sealed design with a drain plug for convenient cleaning and hydraulic oil replacement.

A suction filter is installed at the pump inlet to help maintain hydraulic oil cleanliness and protect the hydraulic pump and valves.

The hydraulic power unit is equipped with an **air-cooling system**.

The main hydraulic pipelines use flange connections and are equipped with anti-vibration measures to improve system reliability and reduce the risk of leakage.

## Electrical Control System

The electrical control cabinet is equipped with circuit breakers, relays, and other electrical components.
