Novi ISG Pack Easy Wrap 2000AW paletizator

The Easy Wrap 2000 AW pallet wrapper is a semi-automatic machine designed for wrapping palletised loads using stretch film. Its table design allows direct access to the load by means of a pallet truck. The machine is electrically powered and requires an energy output of 1 kW. The Easy Wrap 2000 AW pallet stretch wrapper adopts film tensioning by means of a mechanical clutch (located on the top of the reel carriage) that can be manually adjusted by the operator.

he new software and graphic restyling developed for the Easy Wrap wrappers will allow even less experienced users to make the most of the potential offered by the machine thanks to simple and intuitive work procedures that can be managed from the new 7.2" colour touch display.

GENERAL CHARACTERISTICS OF THE PALLET WRAPPER

The Easy Wrap 2000 AW pallet wrapper has a plate diameter of 1650 mm (standard) and can handle products with dimensions of L 1000 x W 1200 x H 2200 mm, supporting a maximum plate weight of 1200 kg. In addition to the possibility of adjusting the number of revolutions on the bottom and top of the pallet, it is also possible to adjust the soft start of the table by means of an inverter. The machine is equipped with a PLC and a 7.2 colour touch screen display, which allow the adjustment of further parameters such as carriage ascent and descent speed, photocell reading delay, cycle counter, etc.
